I built this quiz to help you know your optimal rate of fat loss WHILE building muscle.  

If you are not serious about implementing the recommendations I give you to both lose fat AND build muscle, please DO NOT complete this.  

I take time out of my day to do this for free, and it won't mean anything for you if you don't use it. Knowledge is nothing without application.  

Lastly, be objective. Do not sugar coat your weight or body composition. If you need to estimate, estimate on the higher end.
